1. Emails, voicemails, credit card purchases during your shift are your responsibility.

2. Make sure there's ALWAYS an employee at the XPT's

3. Twice an hour, check equipment in the tunnel and ER.

4. Be Active! Walk around the store and check on cleanliness, equipment functioning, XPT's make sure your employees are offering the monthly plans and being on the watch for potential hazards.

5. Make sure all employees properly clock in/out 

6. Get the mail everyday (letters that say "Merchant Services" must be addressed asap! Those are chargebacks

7. Enforce APPEARANCE POLICY

8. Site assessment essentials:

a) office carpet is clean, trash cans are empty, no sticky notes or random papers on the counter, no food containers, all equipment is free of dust.

b) restroom is spotless, hours are checked, and carpet is clean.

c) dumpster is swept on the sides.

d) workbench is organized.

e) Vacuums are sucking well.
